Hand-crafted on the Isle of Wight using ten ethically sourced botanicals, Mermaid Gin is smooth, refreshing and complex with a contemporary style. This gin’s name was inspired by its lead botanical rock samphire, known locally as ‘mermaid’s kiss’.

Locally foraged rock samphire and elderflower, fresh citrus zest from Sicilian lemons and Grains of Paradise are complemented by Boadicea hops grown in the local botanical gardens at Ventnor, English coriander from Sussex, orris root, angelica root, liquorice root, and juniper.
